Every detail was very good from the beginning, including stuff and location, I enjoyed it. I stayed in the room that was updated and available with a great view, absolutely comfortable bed, as example. The hotel had a good bar and a great restaurant. Late check-out too. Lobby was nice.

The place was fascinating and professional and the staff were welcoming, the location was beautiful near the City Centre. The food was fabulous with plenty of choice! Smooth check in and an amazing service throughout my stay.

Glorious location, big property, really nice beds. Adequate units with an unbelievable view over cathedral. We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast - totally not expensive. Alcoholic coffee, beers and juices in the sky bar, private parking place.

It was cosy hotel and we had a really really nice stay. Everything was fabulous, good service, handy location short walk to restaurants, shopping malls, all the major attractions of Kuala Downtown.

We liked it, especially its location and food. Excellent plunge pool was available too. Centrally located for us. Simple restaurant walking distance to the hotel.

We had 2 nights in Kuala Lumpur, spend our time here excellently. Nice touch to have a minibar, an electronic key card and a work desk. Thanks to their receptionist for the help. Plus, private parking onsite. We really loved it, it was GOAT!

exclusive ambiance and efficient business location made our stay special. we had a premier king room and it was a decent size and a decent size. the staff was attentive and were happy to help with every need.
